Leads external communications and events:
Facilitates content, video, social media and PR campaigns with Lab corporate members—including work with Bloomberg, Verizon, A+E Networks, Viacom, Havas, Publicis Groupe and NBCUniversal—that illustrates the R&D goals of each company.

Plans, promotes and executes three major industry events each year. Each event hosts panels, keynotes and 100+ emerging technology demos to help corporate executives learn what is possible with new technologies.

Produced several white papers; grew subscriptions on two weekly tech industry newsletters from 0 to 2,500+ subscribers in the span of one year; and designed marketing materials to promote the Lab’s value proposition to potential partners.

Produced two exhibitions for the Boston Museum of Science Charles Hayden Planetarium, helping artists to make new work with state-of-the-art technology.

Selected Artist | Left Gallery, Berlin | July 2016
Was invited to produce a downloadable .zip folder containing .gif’s and archival materials for the launch of Left Gallery, an experimental curatorial outlet based in Berlin, Germany. Curated by Nora Khan, the exhibition resulted in three original artworks made for the internet, in addition to a text of critical inquiry written by Khan.

Panelist | Facets Conference | May 2016
Moderated a discussion and presented relevant research during Facets Conference, hosted by NYU Tandon School of Engineering. The conversation was centered on curating and internet performance art. Panelists included Molly Soda, E. Jane, Kelani Nichole, and Sam Levigne.

Work was selected to be included in MACRO, an ambitious anthology of image macros (images paired with words, intended for digital circulation) from over 120 artists.

Invited Curator | Distillery Gallery, Boston, MA | January 2015
Curated the exhibition “Second Selves,” loosely formed to provide a critical take on theorist Sherry Turkle’s book The Second Self, published via MIT Press. Artists in the exhibition included Leah Schrager, Blake Hiltunen, Philip Fryer, and Julie Nymann.

Invited Curator & Producer | Boston Museum of Science, Charles Hayden Planetarium | January 2013-May 2014
Led a team of artists and technical staff to produce two large scale film screenings made specifically for the Charles Hayden Planetarium. Worked with the Museum’s Systems Coordinator and Public Programs Director for 18-months, through filming, post-production, promotion, and ticketing.

Worked with festival organizers on branding and communications efforts. Ran social media and live communications during the festival itself.
